Recruitment Legal Commitments

Is Closers Ace regulated?

While we do not require a licence to practice as a recruitment agency, we are regulated and are proud to be in strict compliance with a series of statutory rules. We comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

Our Promises:

As an agency of integrity, we promise to follow the following guidelines:

i) We will never charge a candidate for placing them into our recruitment process. Candidates will only pay Closers Ace when purchasing another service
outside of placing them into introductions.

ii) Candidates will be professionally checked for their suitability to a vacancy.

iii) We will advertise clearly that we are a recruitment agency.

iiii) We will follow the Equality Act 2010.

What to do if you have a complaint?

In the first instance, we would always suggest a conversation. You can e-mail your complaint to hello@closersace.com and we shall review and reply within 28 days of the complaint landing in our inbox.

Should you like to take the complaint further, we pride ourselves on being compliant with the Employment Agency Standards (EAS). Following a complaint,
you can ask an EAS inspector to investigate. EAS are obliges to review all complaints they receive. You can find out more by reviewing the Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate: enforcement policy statement here:
