ALWAYS CLOSING EFFECTIVELY (ACE)

The earliest card games where seen across China, Arabia & Persia. Back then the Ace was the lowest valued card in the pack.​ During C15th when card games moved to Europe, the French introduced the royal cards and the Ace was renamed: Deuce. Seeing a promotion in value, it sat between the 10 and Jack.​

From C17th onwards the Ace received a further promotion to the highest valued card in the pack to allow it to connect to both the King and the 2. ​

This philosophy is the core of Closers Ace. No matter if you are a beginner or mid-weight all members of Closers Ace will become the most valued member of their team. After all,

TOM LUKE'S STORY

Tom Luke has spent his career at the sharp end of luxury sales and client psychology - not studying it, doing it.

From founding team member of a designer furniture startup to UK and European territory director of a New York luxury brand, to his current role leading the London expansion of a European business with a global territory across the UK, Europe, MENA, US and Central Asia - Tom has built commercial functions, closed high-value contracts, navigated global pandemics and grown premium brands in some of the most demanding markets in the world.

He became a board-level director before 30. He has been headhunted twice at senior level. And he is still actively working in the market today - which matters, because the clients he works with aren't interested in theory from someone who left the floor a decade ago. 

What makes Tom different from most coaches isn't the titles. Its the combination: a background in product design and positioning that taught him how buyers think and what they value; a decade of hands on luxury sales experience across B2B & B2C markets; and a genuine track record of building the people around him - not just performing himself. Long before Closers Ace existed, Tom was voluntarily developing colleagues, consulting on training programmes and turning underperforming teams around. 

He founded Closers Ace because the coaching he needed when he was building his own career didn't exist. Everything taught here comes from real situations, real clients and real stakes - not a textbook. 

Tom works with a deliberately small number of businesses at any one time. If you're looking for a coach who understands the world your team sells in, that's the point.
