HOW BESPOKE IS THE CONTENT REALLY?
Completely. Every programme starts with a diagnostic. Nothing is recycled from a previous client. The content is built around your product, your clients, and the specific gaps your team has.

CAN WE DO A ONE DAY FIRST, THEN UPGRADE TO A THREE DAY?
Yes - and several clients do exactly this. The one day cost is credited against the three day programme if you decide to continue within three months of the initial session.
DO THE THREE DAYS HAVE TO BE CONSECUTIVE?
No - many clients spread the days over two or three weeks to allow time for application between sessions. Consecutive days work well for offsite formats. We'll agree the structure that works best for your team.
WHAT'S INCLUDED ON THE 30 DAY FOLLOW UP
(THREE DAY COURSE)
A 90-minute live session - online or in-person - roughly 30 days after the programme ends. We review what's changed, what's stuck, and what needs reinforcing. Included in the three day price.
WHAT SIZE OF TEAM IS THIS BUILT FOR?
Both programmes are priced for up to 8 people with a per-head rate for additional participants up to 15. For teams larger than 15 please get in touch to discuss a tailored approach.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend three to four weeks for online delivery and four to six weeks for in-person to allow time for the diagnostic and programme build. Early client rates apply while the current intake is open.
